How pricing works
WhatsApp BSP pricing has two distinct components. We keep both clear and predictable.
1. KT AI platform fee
Covers access to the KT AI platform — onboarding, inbox operations, automation engine, analytics, APIs, and support.
2. WhatsApp conversation charges
WhatsApp (Meta) charges per conversation based on category (utility, marketing, authentication, service). These are billed separately and passed through transparently.
